Where can I register for the 2022 event and how much does it cost?

The May 20th event has been postponed until the fall. Read more here.

What is your refund policy?

If the event is cancelled due to public health concerns or other circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Requests for a refund for other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What is your Covid-19 vaccine policy?

We are committed to minimizing the risk for event participants. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required to attend in person. We also closely follow local, state, and federal public health updates and are prepared to adapt if conditions change.

Is the event a fundraiser?

Yes! For the 2021 event, 100% of the profit was donated to the student Supply Chain Management Club at UW Bothell and the Drones for Health program by VillageReach.

VillageReach is a pioneer in developing and managing drone delivery programs for healthcare products in Africa. The Drones for Health program will improve access to vaccines, medicines, and lab testing for 700,000 people in remote Malawi and Mozambique. Donations to the Drones for Health program before December 31, 2021 were matched dollar-for-dollar by Focusing Philanthropy.
